Terms of use

TitanX Support lets you send a request to a business and follow its answer. The business, not TitanX, is responsible for how it answers and for what it promises.

Using it

Use it honestly: send requests about your own dealings with a business, and don't send anything unlawful, abusive or harmful. Files must be what they say they are; a file that fails our checks is refused. We may limit requests from a connection that sends too many.

Replies

Replies appear on your request's page and are announced by email. Email replies to those announcements are not read.

Your link

Your request's link is private. Keep it safe: whoever has it can read and answer the request.
