About TitanX Support

TitanX Support is where businesses that run on TitanX, the business software, answer their customers. You send a request to a business, it replies, and you follow the whole conversation on one private page.

How it works

Every request belongs to the business you sent it to. It goes straight to that business, which decides how to help and replies here. You don't need an account: we email you a request number and a private link. Anyone who has the link can read and answer that request, so keep it to yourself.

Please reply on the page. Replying to our emails doesn't reach the business.

Files

You can attach photos and documents. Files are checked before they are kept, are visible only to you and the business, and are never shown on a public page.
