This page explains what happens to the details you give on TitanX Support.

What you send

When you send a request, your name, email, phone, message and any files are sent to the business you chose and kept in its TitanX account so it can answer you. Nobody else sees them. If you come from an order or a booking, the business also sees which order or booking you asked about.

TitanX Support itself keeps nothing you send: the form is passed straight to TitanX. To have your details corrected or removed, contact the business; you can also write to TitanX support.

Your private link

We email you a link to your request. It works for a limited time, and for 90 days after the request is closed. Anyone with the link can read and answer the request, so don't share it.

What we log

Like any website we keep short-lived server logs (address, page, time) to keep the site running and stop abuse. Private links are never written to those logs. We use no advertising or tracking scripts and set one cookie, which protects the forms against forgery.
